Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Timelines & Network
We deliver to over 20,000+ pin codes across India via our partners, Shadowfax and Valmo.- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (Free on orders ₹299+).
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (₹100 flat rate).
- Operating Hours: Deliveries occur Monday–Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

2. Secure Hand-off (OTP & POD)
To ensure your luxury products reach the right hands, we utilize secure delivery protocols. For high-value orders, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered mobile number. In some cases, a photo of the package at the destination may be taken as Visual Proof of Delivery (POD). -
3. Acceptance & Inspection
Our "Bawana Hub" ensures every package is sealed with care. Before accepting delivery:- Check for Tampering: Inspect the outer box for signs of damage or re-taping.
- Right to Refuse: If the package appears compromised, refuse the delivery and note "Damaged/Tampered" on the courier’s sheet.

4. Delivery Attempts & RTO
We provide up to three (3) delivery attempts. After a failed attempt, our partners will contact you to reschedule. If all attempts fail or the address confirmed during verification is incorrect, the package returns to our warehouse (RTO). A re-shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 may apply for a second dispatch. -
5. Resolution for Delivery Discrepancies
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the parcel, or contents are incorrect:- Reporting: Notify us at customercare@mehtacosmetics.com or +91 9650663300 within 24 hours.
- Investigation: We will initiate a formal inquiry (GPS logs and POD verification), typically resolved within 48–72 hours.
Returns
Items returned within 7 days of their original shipment date in same as new condition will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.
Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns and shipping/handling fees of original purchase is non-refundable.
All sale items are final purchases.
