How long does it take for delivery?
Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days. This includes a processing period of 1–2 business days followed by transit. Once your order is on its way, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.
What courier do you use for deliveries?
We use Valmo, Shadowfax, Delhivery, Shree Maruti.
How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number.
What is your return policy?

How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at customercare@mehtacosmetics.com or contact us at 9650663300 within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll make it right.

Can you confirm you have received my return?
We aim to process returns within 5-7 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete. We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.Should you have any queries about your return, please feel free to contact our Customer Service team via email or call.
How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
Please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we can update the address for you. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect it.
What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. However, if your tracking shows no movement for a significant period, please reach out so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are ethically sourced and manufactured in Bawana where we ensure high standards of quality and fair labor practices.
