At Mehta Cosmetics, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product. Our policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to navigate.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. This means you have exactly 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or an exchange. After the 7-day period has passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a successful return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as receivedβ€”unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • The product must not be used, broken, or have any loss of quantity.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)

For the health and safety of our customers, certain items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Lip Care Products: Due to hygiene issues, all lip care items are final sale.

  • Personal Care Goods: Any beauty products where the seal has been broken or the product has been tampered with.

  • Sale & Promotional Items: Items purchased during a sale or via gift cards cannot be returned.

Fees & Logistics

To make the process as smooth as possible, we handle the logistics for you through our dedicated return partners.

  • Returns (β‚Ή100 Fee): A flat fee of β‚Ή100 is charged for all returns. This fee ensures a smooth process and guarantees that your product is safely delivered back to us.

  • Exchanges (β‚Ή150 Fee): For exchanges, a fee of β‚Ή150 is charged. This covers the "double route" logisticsβ€”the cost for our partner to pick up your original item and the subsequent dispatch of your new replacement product once the original is accepted.

The Process

  1. Request: Contact us at customercare@mehtacosmetics.com or call our customer care team to initiate your request.

  2. Pickup: Once your request is accepted, we will send our return partner to pick up the product directly from your location.

  3. Inspection: Upon arrival at our facility, your product will be inspected. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return, or items that arrive used or broken, will not be accepted.

  4. Completion: If the product is accepted, we will proceed with your refund or dispatch your exchange product.

Refunds

Once your return is inspected and approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the transaction. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of approval, please contact us immediately.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at customercare@mehtacosmetics.com or +91 9650663300 so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
