1. Our Commitment to Quality Delivery

At Mehta Cosmetics, we believe that the luxury experience begins the moment you place an order. To ensure your products reach you in pristine condition and without delay, we have partnered with India’s leading logistics providers, including Shadowfax and Valmo.

2. Mandatory Order Verification

To maintain the highest standards of service and to ensure that no product or logistics effort goes in vain, we follow a strict Order Confirmation Protocol:

  • The Connection: After your order is placed, a member of our team will reach out to you via WhatsApp, SMS, or Phone Call.

  • The Purpose: This is to verify your delivery address, contact details, and order contents.

  • The Result: Dispatch will only occur once the order is confirmed by you. This prevents incorrect deliveries and ensures a timely arrival at your doorstep.

3. Dispatch & Processing Timelines

  • Order Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it is processed at our central hub in Bawana within 1–2 business days.

  • Operating Hours: Our dispatch team works Monday through Saturday. Orders placed or confirmed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • High Volume Periods: During seasonal sales or product launches, processing may take an additional 24–48 hours. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every package is packed with care.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer tiered shipping rates to provide the best value for your purchase:

Please note: "Business Days" exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your specific pin code and courier partner routes.

5. Real-Time Tracking

Once your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation notification containing a unique tracking ID. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time through our partners' tracking portals (Shadowfax/Valmo).

6. Safe Delivery & Transit Insurance

We take immense pride in our packaging to ensure your products and other cosmetics are delivered safely.

  • Inspection upon Arrival: We request you to inspect the outer packaging for any signs of tampering before accepting the delivery.

  • Damaged Shipments: If you receive a product that has been damaged during transit, please take a photo/video and email us at customercare@mehtacosmetics.com within 24 hours. We will investigate and resolve the issue immediately.

7. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package up to three times.

  • If you are unavailable, they will call you to reschedule.

  • If the package is returned to us after failed attempts or due to an incorrect address provided during confirmation, a re-shipping fee may apply for the second delivery attempt.
